1 bunch dhania (fresh cilantro)
1 green pepper
1 tBLspn garlic
3 tBLspn lemon juice
4 tBLspn mayonnaise
4 tBLspn plain yogurt
4 to 5 green chillies
1/2 tspn lemon pepper
1/2 tspn tumeric
1 tspn dhania powder (dried coriander seeds)
1 tsp jeero powder (cumin)
1/2 tspn salt
Liquidise the above into a marinade
Then marinate 1 chicken
Cook with ghee (butter).
Once cooked, add a handful of dessicated coconut and stir in one 250ml tub of fresh cream.
Garnish with red pepper or sliced badaam (almonds).
P.S. You can omit the green chillies
