Marinade 1kg chicken breasts cubed with 1tsp salt, 1tsp ground coriander powder, 1tsp crushed chillies, 1 tbls ginger and garlic.
Fry chopped onions in 125g butter till golden
Add the chicken, 1tbls tomato paste and 2 chopped tomatoes.
Cook through and then add 250ml cream and cook for 5 minutes till blended.
Add 1tsp garam masala and chopped green coriander.
Serve with roti or naan or puri
