Chop and fry 2 large onions in a few tbls of olive oil until golden brown.
Add your washed meat,
crushed chillies to taste,
few curry leaves,
2tsp atchar masala.
Cook until the meat is soft, add 2 chopped tomatoes, and the cauliflower.
Cook until the cauliflower is soft. I used 1kg cauliflower
Lastly add 1tsp garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
