500g chicken boneless,
1 large onion,
1tsp salt, pepper, garlic, chillies,
2tbls coriander leaves,
3 slices of bread,
Mix together well and form into balls.
Shallow fry till golden and remove from the oil.
In the same pan add 2 onions finely chopped, fry till golden,
Add chopped tomatoes,
1/2 tsp tumeric,
1tsp cumin and coriander,
chillies to taste and cook till blended
Then add the kebaabs and add 1tsp garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or roti.
