Faye’s Chicken Roast

1 whole chicken disjointed,
500g carrots cut into chunks,
2 sweet potatoes cut into chunks,
courgettes cut into chunks,
1tbls bbq spice,
1tsp paprika,
1tbls chicken spice,
1tbls mixed herbs,
3tbls oil,
1tsp pepper,
salt to taste,
1tsp spice for rice.

Add everything into a roasting bag, shake well and place in a pyrex dish.
Bake at 200degrees for 1 hour.
