250g butter,
1½ cup demamara sugar,
2 eggs,
3 dessertspoons cocoa,
200g coconut,
500g self raising flour.
Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs, mix well and add the flour, coconut and cocoa. Form into a dough.
Roll out and score with a fork, cut into shapes.
Bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
I decorated with a blob of chocolate and a smartie but you can roll it thinner and stick 2 together with chocolate or butter cream
