Ingredients
125g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sifted Castor sugar
2 cups sifted self raising flour
1 cup cream soda
Method
Preheat oven to 180deg
Prepare and line a 24 hole cupcake tin
Cream the butter and sugar until creamy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time
Sift in flour and add cream soda.
Mix well.
Fill the cups halfway and bake for 15-20 mins.
Icing
125g butter
2 cups sifted icing sugar
1 tblsp cream soda flavoured milkshake syrup
Light green food colouring.
Cream the butter and add sifted icing sugar.
flavour to taste and colour as desired.
Pipe swirls on to cool cupcakes.
