Chicken Kerhaai
1kg chicken fillet cut into cubes or 1 whole chicken cut into pieces,
2 large onions chopped
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander powder
1 tbls ginger and garlic paste
chillies to taste
½tsp pepper
1 tbls tomato paste.
Fry the chopped onions till golden,
Add the spices and chicken and stir fry,
Add the tomatoes and cook through.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp garam masala.
Serve with roti or naan
Garlic naan
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp bicarb
2 tsp oil
½tsp salt
12 tbls yogurt
Mix together to form a dough.
Rest for half an hour and form into 12 balls.
Roll out and brush 1 side with water, place the water side down in the pan and let it fry for about 30 seconds or until it starts to bubble turn the pan over the flame and lightly toast the top side.
Remove from the pan and brush with garlic butter.

2tbls butter
2 cloves of garlic crushed and
1 tsp chopped garlic
