Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente.
Drain and place in a pyrex.
Make a white sauce with 2tbls butter, 1tbls oil, 3tbls flour.
Melt together to form a roux and then stir in 750ml milk.
Stir until it thickens slightly and add 1 cup grated cheese.
Mix well and pour over the macaroni.
You can add slices of onion and tomato
Top with grated cheese and bake till golden.
I sprinkle paprika and oregano before baking.
