500g castor sugar,
1/2 cup oil,
1/4 cup milk,
1tbls pineapple essence,
2tsp baking powder,
Cream the butter and sugar well, add the oil, essence and milk, add the eggs and beat well.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
Form into a dough, roll out and cut into shapes.
Dip into 100’s and 1000’s mixed with a little sugar.
Bake at 180C until golden brown.
