Fry chopped onions till golden,
Add the mince, and stir through until lump free,
Add 1tsp salt,
1tsp ground coriander powder,
1tsp cumin powder,
1tsp crushed chillies,
1/2tsp tumeric,
1tbls ginger and garlic paste,
1 cup chopped tomatoes,
1 tbls tomato paste,
cook through and add cubed potatoes and peas.
I sometimes add a little yogurt too.
Cook until potatoes are soft.
Serve with rice or roti or naan or puri or vetkoek
