2 cups cake flour
1 tbls butter
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2cup boiling water
Add enough of the liquid to make a soft dough.
Knead well and leave to rest 10-15 minutes.
Form into balls and roll out, cut and fry till puffed.
Drain on kitchen paper.
