340g choc chips
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
250 g grated cadbury choc
2 ½ cups blended oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups chopped nuts
Measure oatmeal and blend two a fine powder
Cream butter and both sugars
Add eggs & vanilla and mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and bicarb.
Add chocolate and choc pieces and nuts.
Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart.
Bake 4 to 10mins at 180 degrees C
