Feriel's Shrimps and Calamari Couscous

Shrimps and Calamari Couscous
In need of a flavorful Seafood meal?
1/4 cup Couscous
1 teaspoon olive oil and butter
½ teaspoon Italian herbs
salt to taste
½ cup boil water
Add water to above ingredients and close lid in pyrex dish and set aside
In pan stirfry 3 sliced mushrooms,
1 sliced baby marrow
1 clove crushed garlic in butter.
Add shrimps and calamari strips.
Salt to taste and peri-peri and fish spice.
Cook until all liquid vaporized.
Add your Couscous and stir well.
Serve with salads
