In a bowl add your fish without the sauce & remove the small bones
Add the egg, parsley, bread crumbs/bread & grated onion
Add salt to taste & mix well to combine
If the mixture is still very thin add more breadcrumbs until you get a nice solid frikkadel
Fry in shallow oil until nice & brown
Serve with mash & stewed tomato
