1kg cod or haddock or hake steam, drain and flake,
1 large onion finely chopped,
1/2 bunch chopped parsley,
3 slices of bread blitzed into crumbs,
pinch of nutmeg,
1 tbls butter.
Mix together and form into balls and fry till golden brown both sides.
