1 x 400g Roll puff pastry thawed
Canola oil for your surface to roll pastry
Unroll thawed pastry roll
Roll back up again
Cut into 7 pieces and flatten with your hand then roll with rolling pin into a circle.
Fry dry in frying pan on medium heat.
When pastry puffs and gets speckled turn and fry the other side. Serve with curry.
