1 cup cake flour
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg whisked together with 3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp melted butter
4 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Mix all ingredients together.
Place spoonfuls into greased pattie tins.
Bake at 240°C for approx. 10 minutes

Filling: smooth Jalapeño Cottage Cheese
Yield: 12 cheese puffs – you may double the recipe if you want
