Gail’s Chicken Stir Fry with Noodles

1 pkt Chow Mein Noodles (Chinese Kitchen) boil up according to packaging instructions. Drain and set aside
3 chicken breasts cut into slivers,
marinade in 2 tbsp olive oil,
2 tbsp soy sauce,
1/4 cup lemon juice,
1 tsp smoked seasoning ( Cape Treasures spice )
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning,
1 tsp Cajun spice,
1 tsp smoked paprika,
1/4 tsp garlic salt,
3 tbsp oyster sauce,
1 tsp lemon and herb pepper.

Heat your wok and stir fry chicken pieces for about 7 mins together with
the remainder of the marinade.
Remove and add chopped cabbage, grated carrots, chopped spinach, mange tout, 1/2 yellow pepper chopped, 1 chopped green Chilli, until veg are still crispy
Add noodles and chicken to Wok stir through and cook a further 2 mins.
Add more soy sauce according to taste and more oyster sauce if necessary.
Garnish with baby bean sprouts.
