1 x 250 g Tub Fat Free Smooth Cottage Cheese
3 Tbsp Crosse & Blackwell Trim salad dressing mix together with 1 tbsp low fat milk or you may use plain Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Onion chopped finely ( use shallots if you prefer )
3 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Crack of Black Pepper
Sprinkle of Aromat
Pinch of sea salt
Splash of Tobasco sauce
Mix all ingredients together until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Use sliced veggies of your choice.
