Gail’s Flake Biscuit

2 x Cadbury Flake Chocolates + 1 for topping
1 x 80 g Cadbury Milk Chocolate slab for drizzling (melted)
Preheat oven to 180 C and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper
250g soft butter
1 heaped cup icing sugar
Beat till white
Add in 1 egg
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Beat until well mixed
Add in 2 Flakes crumbled and combine
Add in enough flour (2 1/2 cups to make a soft dough)
Roll out between wax paper.
Roll a little thick. Make lots of lines with the back of a fork. Measure exact flake size sticks *** ( see note ) Place on tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12 to 15 minutes
Cool. Drizzle melted chocolate lines over and decorate with crumbled flake.

***Note : I would add another flake next time round. I also halved the biscuit, as I found them to be too long
