Pavlova is a showstopping meringue dessert and is easier than you think!
3 egg whites
3/4 cup castor sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp vanilla
Whisk egg till foamy and add cream of tarter
Whisk eggs till soft peaks form and slowly adding castor sugar while mixing.
When all the sugar is incorporated whisk till egg whites are stiff. Add vanilla and mix.
Pipe meringues with a star nozzle onto a wax paper lined sheet pan.
Bake at 100 C for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave meringues to dry out for 1 hour in oven. Let cool and decorate with whipped cream and fruit. Drizzle with melted milk choc and cream melted in microwave
