4 to 6 chicken breasts washed and patted dry
1 pkt Nandos hot peri peri seasoning rub available at most supermarkets
Juice of 2 lemons
Place chicken breasts between two sheets of wax wrap and tenderise wth a meat mallet to even out for grilling.
Rub seasoned rub on chicken and place in fridge for 1/2 hour.
Heat griddle pan to piping hot, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil and grill fillets 4-5 minutes per side or until done to your liking.
While grilling splash chicken with lemon juice.
Serve with Nandos bottled peri peri sauce, brown rice and veggies or mixed salad.
