TRH Gail's Smoked Vienna Sausages with Mozzarella & Bacon (2)

Make a slit in the sausage but not right through. Fill with mozzarella sticks and wrap in streaky bacon.
Secure with toothpicks.
Grill in oven on 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bacon has crisped and the cheese has melted. Serve with roasted sweet potato wedges, baked beans and sweetcorn.
