Gail’s Steak wraps

TRH Steak wraps

1 Packet store bought Wholegrain wraps warmed in microwave to soften.
450 g Minute Steak cut into slivers against the grain
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp butter

Marinade for Steak :
1 tbsp Cajun Spice,
1 tbsp paprika,
1 tsp garlic salt,
1 tsp black pepper,
1 tsp minced garlic,
1 tsp red chilli flakes,
1 green chilli minced,
1 tbsp Lemon juice,
2 tbsp olive oil.

Coat the steak in marinate and let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
In a large frying pan heat 2 tbsp butter fry the onion until tender then add steak and quickly flash fry steak on high heat until done to your satisfaction. I do this in batches.
Make a sauce for your steak with: 2 tbsp barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbs garlic sauce. Mix together and spoon over steak once you pack into the wrap. Top with salad.
Chop up iceberg lettuce, cubed tomato, cubed cucumber and add to wrap filling with a dollop of sour cream. Serve with pickled gherkins, pickled onions and pepperdews. Chicken breast fillets can be substituted for the steak
