Side dish for Thanksgiving
Green bean dish (vegan friendly)
750 g sliced green beans( frozen or fresh)
2 small onions, chopped
200g mushrooms, sliced
Garlic to taste
Daiya plain cream cheese (227g)
Salt/ pepper to taste
Potato chips for garnish- plain or your choice
-Sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
-Add cream cheese and salt/ pepper- stir to make creamy sauce.
-Add beans and mix together.
-Place in greased oven dish and add layer of crushed potato chips to garnish.
-Bake at 180 oC (350 oF)for 30 min.
Garnish and serve 8 people.
