Bagel Burger

Enjoy this quick easy holiday summer supper 🍔🍔

450g steak minced meat (makes 4 burger patties)
Salt, pepper and barbecue spices

Take cold meat, flavor with spices.
Make into round balls and flatten with palm of hand
Out straight on to barbecue (braai) for 5 minutes per side
PS: Don’t keep turning otherwise they will crumble.

Serve with a heated bagel (or roll) and garnishes of your choice.
