1 packet of Granny Smith apples peeled, cored and sliced
Put in big pot.
Cover with water and let boil till apples π are soft
Remove from stove and drain – remove all excess water from the boiling
Mash or use a blender stick (easier to get a smooth consistency)
Add sugar if required (everyone’s taste is different but using Granny Smith Apples π, I feel it does require some sugar)
Let cool and refrigerate or serve.
Nice with ice cream, cream or custard – I love it with chocolate cakeπ
