TRH Home made chicken and mushroom pies

My hubby’s recipe

1 roll puff pastry
Silver pie cups
Cubed chicken
Salt n pepper
Ginger n garlic
Mushroom sauce

Fry onions and chicken in a tbs of butter and oil, add pepper, ginger and garlic and let it simmer, add mushrooms and fry a little, add mix the sauce and add, leave to simmer, once cooked, leave aside to cool.
Roll pastry on a floured base, cut shapes using pie cups, line foil cups with pastry and fill with chicken n mushrooms, add cheese and close with pastry, brush with egg.
Bake at 180 degrees.
