2 cups oatmeal
All kinds of nuts as much as you want
1 Cup of chia seeds

1 Cup of flax seeds
Cinnamon
Ashwagandha powder (Ashwanda is an amazing adaptogen that helps lower your stress hormone cortisol. It is amazing!!! – Explanation provided by Alison Davies)*****
Turmeric to taste
Add sugar or honey or maple syrup to taste
Bake till golden at 333F
