2 cups of boiled kidney beans
1 onion sliced
2 tomatoes diced
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Fry onion in a tablespoon of oil add mustard and cumin seeds when nicely browned add tomatoes spices and stir to coat add beans and a cup of water and salt cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
