Hi I tried this bread and it says to bake it for 20 minutes and I did and it wasn’t done. I’m new to baking bread, I dumped it out and saw that it wasn’t done and put it ba k in the pan to bake more I hope it turns out OK. I will be bummed if it doesn’t.
I am sorry that you seem to have issues with this recipe. You always have to test any baking with a baking pin to ensure that it’s done and baked fully. The reason could be that your oven is cooler than 180C / 350F. I truly hope that when you take it out again that it will be fine. This recipe was prepared, tried, and tested by Jennifer from one of my Facebook groups and I trust her baking. She’s awesome and will not provide a recipe that’s not correct. As mentioned, you may wish to test your oven with a thermometer you place in the oven to make sure the temperature is truly 180C / 350F.
