Hi Cindy. Wow thanks for your note and so glad for you that all went well and also wishing you well with your knee replacement next month. Yes I am also at that age where I think if I have any more surgeries that I am the bionic women. Thanks for the suggestion of the bars. I will go and see if I can find it today to have some in stock.

I had a hip replacement in September and had no pain at all from that (went to Cancun a month later ~ no walker, no cane). Only pain at all was in my left knee ~ which will be replaced next month (yikes!). Enough parts get replaced and I’ll be a brand new, bionic person! My suggestion is to get some “mini” protein bars (I like Lara cherry chocolate truffle or Cliff white chocolate macadamia nut) b/c you won’t feel like eating so force yourself to eat one of those, at least, in morning & afternoon.
