TRH Jameela's Red velvet melting moments

250 g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup maiziena
1tsp vanilla
1tbls red food coloring
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour

Cream butter n sugar well
Add colour and vanilla, mix
Add maiziena and salt, mix
Add flour to make soft dough
Cut shapes or nozzel
Bake at 160C for 15 min

Cream cheese icing
113g cream cheese
1tbls butter
1 cup icing sugar

Beat cream cheese n butter well
Add sifted icing sugar and beat
Sandwich biscuits cold
