2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbls butter
1 cup milk
Sift the dry ingredients together
Rub in the butter to make breadcrumbs.
Mix the milk and egg together, combine with dry ingredients to make a soft dough
Press onto greased pizza plate.
Layer the pizza and bake at 180C for 25 minutes
500 g cubed chicken fillet
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chicken spice
1/2 tsp bbq spice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp tandoori spice
1 tbls ghee
1 tbls oil
Cook for about 15 minutes
Top pizza with sweet chilli sauce
Tomato sauce (I use my home-made sauce)
Spread over uncooked base
Drizzle more sauce over
