Ingredients
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cups milk
1/3 cup butter , melted
2&1/4 cups self raising flour , sifted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups apple ( peeled, cored, chopped ( note i grated the apple )
For the chocolate frosting
1 cup chocolate chips melted with butter and moulds in heart shape

For the frosting
1/2 cup cocoa powder
5 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
3 tbsp milk

Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F, beat eggs with milk, butter and vanilla
2. In a separate bowl , combine flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon.
3. Add egg mixture to the flour mixture ( do not over mix )
4. Stir in apples bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean when inserted , cool in pan on grid for 5 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely .
5. To make the frosting , beat butter icing sugar then add cocoa powder , milk and vanilla beat well until you get the right consistency .
