Chicken with bone,with skin 4 pieces wings and drumsticks
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Ajinomotto 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Cornflour 1/2 cup
black pepper pinch
Oil for frying
1. For the marinade: In a large bowl, mix milk, egg, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes and Ajinomoto add the chicken and toss cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and turning occasionally.
2. For the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper and ajinomotto mix combined.
3. Heat the oil,now coat the chicken pieces in flour mixture (if you want more crispy coating then again dip the chicken in marination and then in flour again this is how it become 2 coats).
4. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan.Be sure to use enough oil to cover chicken pieces.Fry chicken pieces in oil for about 7 to 10 minutes each, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Drain on paper towels and serve.
