One cup semolina
Two tablespoons gram flour
Two tablespoons oil
Half a teaspoon tumeric
One teaspoon Enos
One teaspoon salt one cup yoghurt or buttermilk
One teaspoon green masala – which is green Chillies and ginger
Mix semolina and gram flour with salt and yoghurt add green masala and oil and beat to a thin batter
A️dd tumeric and set aside for twenty minutes
Boil water in steamer and then add Enos to batter and set in a shallow bowl to steam
Sprinkle coconut and sesame seeds over
Steam for twenty minutes on medium
Remove from steaming pot and set aside
Using one tablespoon of oil.
Heat and braise one tablespoon of mustard seeds and I sprig of curry leaves, shredded.
Pour this over the cooked Dhokra and cut into squares or diamonds to serve
Sprinkle chopped green dhania over

Yes we had a fabulous time. Cannot believe our little missy already 1 year old. We went to a park and enjoyed wonderful sunny weather and all had a blast.
