Chop onion and braise 2T oil with chillies and garlic and ginger! Brown.
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1t jeera seeds
1t mustard seeds
Curry leaves
One sliced green chilli
Add 1 and 1/2 t kasmiri mixed masala
1t kashmiri chilli powder
1/2t jeera powder 1/2 t dhania powder
1 t garam masala
1/4t tumeric
1 t salt
3/4t black pepper

Simmer for two minutes
Mix, and add 3 small grated tomatoes.
Cook for 5 minutes
Add ½kg mince
Add 3 cubed potatoes, mix and cook for twenty minutes on medium
Cook in a large based pot with lid closed
Add ½ cup of green frozen peas
Cook for five minutes
Garnish with Green dhania
