IKg kingklip sliced
1T Chilli powder
1T briyani spice
1t dhania powder
1t jeera powder
1T fine salt
1T crushed black pepper
1T Ground garlic
2T lemon juice
2 sprigs curry leaves
Half a cup of chopped green dhania
3T oil
One finely chopped tomato
Method
Heat oven to bake at 200C
Pour oil into pan
Add washed fish
Sprinkle the spices over as well as the garlic
Evenly sprinkle curry leaves and chopped dhania and tomatoes
Sprinkle lemon over
Cover with foul and bake 30 mins
Reduce oven temperature to 180C after first 10 mins
When removed from oven open our foil and grill to crisp for 5 mins before serving
