1 cup Self raising flour
1 cup cake flour
Add ½ cup maizena to this
Add 1 tablespoon semolina
Mix with two tablespoons of butter
Warm ½ cup milk mixed with ½ cup water and add with 1 teaspoon salt to make a smooth, firm dough!
Roll out big roti and use zig zag cutter to cut diagonal lines so you have diamond shapes!
Fry in hot oil turning and also pressing down till puffy and golden
Do not overfry. Drain on paper lined colander
