Cook 200 g basmati rice
Add salt
Heat a pan with 2 T butter
Finely slice an onion and add
Add one t mustard seeds
Add 1 chopped capsicum
Add a hanful of peas
Add a chopped carrot
Add 1 t ginger
1 t garlic
Add 1 t powdered jeera
1t briyani masala
1t tumeric
1 t salt
Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium.
Add cooked rice
Garnish with green dhania.
