Boil water in a pot and add desired chopped vegetables
I used green pepper
Celery
Carrot
Spinach
Tomato
Butternut
Let it cook for about 10 minutes .
In the meanwhile melt some butter in a little pan
Add jeera seeds
Curry leaves
Green chilli
Grated ginger Garlic
Hing powder
Cinnamon sticks
Pinch of tumeric
Add this to the vegetables
Season with salt and crushed black pepper as desired
