Green dhania, chilli and garlic…liquidize, then add yogurt, salt, chana flour (1 tablespoon for every 500ml), water (half amount of yogurt) liquidize.
heat a little oil then add curry leaves, ajmo and jeero seeds, then add liquid and stir until it comes to a boil…make sure you keep stirring or it will curdle.

Khitchree: boil half a cup oil dhal till almost soft, wash 2 cups rice and add to the dhal, bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to low and steam for 10 minutes.
Fry a sliced onion in a tbls of butter, add 1/2 tsp whole cumin , when golden stir into the rice.

Kebabs : 1/2 kg mince 1tsp gingergarlic 1tsp,salt, 1/2 tsp haldi chillie powder 1tsp daniya and jeera powder, and crushed chilllie.
Please adjust spices my family loves it spicy, 1tsp baking powder daniya n green chillie mix very well shape n refridgerate.
Place in a pyrex and bake till done at 180 degrees
