300 gram Rib eye fillet
Barbecue spice
Herbamare (seasoned salt by Vogel)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Take your steak out the fridge a half hour before you cook it.
Now just before you cook your steak rub the Barbecue spice and Herbamare into one side and brush with a little oil.
Place seasoned side down in a hot pan without adding any more additional oil and season the other side. I cooked mine 3 minutes per side and sealed the edges. Remove from heat, cover with foil and allow to rest 10 minutes.
Oven chips take out what you need and cook according to package instructions.
