Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, and sugar with an electric mixer.
  2. Add sieved dry ingredients and mix through by using an egg whisk till all is incorporated and no dry spots or lumps are visible.
  3. Paint your baking tin, whatever you may use with Gluten-Free Vegan Cake Pan Release Mixture and it will glide out without crumbling once done.
  4. Bake for ±15-20 min at 180C / 350F.
  5. I still had enough Betty Crocker chocolate frosting left so I decided to use it.
  6. As I use a rather high/deep cupcake pan, I usually cut the cake in half, spread it with frosting in the middle as well as on top, and then decorate it with any topping you prefer.
