Layne’s Chicken drumsticks braised in tumeric with peas and potatoes

1 tray chicken drumsticks
5 potatoes cleaned and cut in halves.
1 tbs tomato paste
2 grated tomatoes
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1/4 cup oil
5 green chillies
1 sprig of curry leaf
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp dhania and geera
Water as needed
Salt to taste
1 finely chopped onion

Braise onion, thyme in hot oil
Add chillies and fry till onions are soft
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2 mins, then add turmeric and dhania and geera and mix
Add tomatoes and paste and curry leaves and fry for another +-3 mins, once tomatoes are soft and the gravy thickens and oil surface, place your chicken, potatoes and peas
Add salt and give it a good mix, leave to cook on high
Add water if needed, once potatoes are soft and the chicken is cooked, gravy will be thick.. Garnish with fresh dhania.
