Green beans and dried shrimps.
1 handful of green beans sliced thin and steamed with a little water for few minutes, once done strain and set aside.
1/2 cup peas
1 large finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 fresh cloves of garlic, sliced in small pieces.
Oil just enough to cover the base of your pot.
1/2 tsp cumin and coriander
1 tsp Kashmiri mix masala
1 tsp mother in law masala
Dried shrimps
1 tsp crushed chillies
1 large grated tomato
1 tbs tomato paste
Curry leaves
Soak shrimps in hot water and rinse well and strain water and keep aside.
Braise onion, shrimps in hot oil, add ginger and garlic and fresh garlic and fry +- 2 mins, add crushed chillies and fry
Add cumin, coriander, kashmiri, mother in law masala, one at a time, mix and add green beans, tomatoes and paste and curry leaves, peas leave to cook on high
Add a little water optional or just reduce heat and cook till beans is soft and oil surface
Add salt to taste.

Methi herbs /bhaji with eggs
Cut ends of methi and with a deep bowl and strainer, rinse very well, about x 5 times. Strain and set aside.
Oil for cooking

Liquidise 3 large tomatoes
Few dry chillies
1/2 tsp crushed chillies
1tbs tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 fresh clove of garlic sliced in small piece
A pinch of garlic powder added to the egg.
1 large onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbs oil for rebraising herbs.
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

Braise onion in hot oil with dry and crushed chillies
Add fresh garlic pieces and fry +-2 mins,
Add methi herbs and tomatoes and cook on high
Add tomato paste and cook till oil surface, cook till methi is soft and then add eggs with garlic powder, salt and let it simmer,
Once done, braise tumeric in hot oil and drop over methi and mix and leave to simmer.
