Devein the prawns, rinse and set them on a platter.
Marinate with 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, and leave in the fridge to marinate for one hour.
Fry with 1tbs of butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, fresh garlic, and spread 1 tbs of steers garlic sauce.
Fry until prawns turn pink +-5 mins.
Best eaten with a cheesy roll
Add to savoury rice
Fried chips and salad.
