TRH Layne's Simple prawns chutney

Devein 12 or more prawns
Flash fry with butter and fresh cubed garlic very little salt and 1/2 tsp garlic powder +-5 mins.  Set aside.

1 large finely chopped onion
Few green chillies
5 grated tomatoes
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp geera and dhania
2 tsp durban masala

Braise onion and chillies in hot oil, add ginger and garlic paste and saute
Add masala, dhania and geera and mix
Add tomatoes and paste and sugar and curry leaves and cook on high, till chutney becomes thick and oil surface.
Add salt and mix, place prawns with the butter in chutney and leave to simmer.
